- Breakfast is available from 7:00 - 9:00 (Times are subject to change)
- Japanese and Western style buffet breakfasts consist of distinctive menus utilizing locally produced ingredients including Myoko koshihikari rice and highland vegetables. Buffet breakfasts are replaced with set menus depending on the season.

Japanese dishes
Baked fish (changes daily), trout marinated in miso (fermented soybean paste), miso marinated baked Japanese Spanish mackerel, yellow tail snapper marinated in miso, kamaboko (fish sausage), nimono (seasoned simmered vegetables) -
3 varieties of pickles from the 5 varieties listed below (changes daily)
1. Nozawanazuke (nozawana pickles) 2. Kyuuchanzuke (pickled cucumber) 3. Shibazuke (pickles made from a mixture of cucumber, eggplant, red beefsteak plant, ginger, chili pepper, etc) 4. Takuan (pickled radish) 5. Koume (small pickled plums)
Oborodoufu (fresh tofu), hot spring eggs, fukimiso (miso containing butterbur sprouts), shiso konbu (a dish made using beefsteak plant and kelp), piquant rice malt miso (fermented soybean paste), kinoko nori (mushroom paste), nattou (fermented soybeans), flavored seaweed, shirasu oroshi (dried whitebait served with grated radish), miso soup, koshihikari rice, rice porridge

* Guests who do not have breakfast vouchers but would like to partake of the breakfast buffet can do so at a charge of ¥1,600 for adults and ¥800 for elementary school students. Buffet breakfasts are also available for children sharing a bed with an adult (pre-elementary school children 4 years and above) at a charge of ¥500. Children 3 years and under can dine for free.
