Local Japanese sake such as Secchubai, Hakaisan, and Kubota is available in the restaurant as well as Iwanohara wine, a local wine first made in 1890 by Zenbee Kawakami (known as the "Father of Japanese Wine"). Try pairing flavorful sake with exquisite seasonal cuisine specially prepared by our chef. We can also create various drink menus of Niigata rice shochu and other beverages. A wide variety of local sake is also available to purchase in the hotel.
